One of our most significant leaps towards fulfilling that promise was our decision to bring aboard our first batch of interns, training them toward their personal growth, while simultaneously growing as a team and as a company.
Ali Quadir, Parthvi Gohil, and Maryam Quadir have been the perfect addition to our Sales team, bringing with them their fresh perspectives, and creative solutions and ideas. Their strengths lay in their youth, enthusiasm, and curiosity, while ours lay in our experience, knowledge, and our ability to provide guidance and mentorship every step of the way, shaping their growth. They have been quick learners, grasping new concepts and skills with no trouble, and implementing them in their work. They have been highly cooperative and adaptable in every situation, handling difficult projects or hectic days with grace and a hard-working attitude.
Some of our fondest memories include celebrating milestones and closing a sale, sharing lunches, collaborating to provide exceptional services to our clients, and, most importantly, learning and growing side-by-side.
We hope that their time here have been as fulfilling for them as it has been for us. We hope that their training here will be beneficial to their future prospects, and that they had a rewarding experience at Qamber Tech.
